City Mandurah - The Effects of Homelessness - Homelessness Week 2023

The City of Mandurah is proud to present this valuable community workshop to recognise Homelessness Week 2023.

Matt Vapor from Beneath the Surface will deliver a ninety minute workshop where he will speak about his lived experience of homelessness and the prejudices and stereotypes that he encountered. Matt's aim is to equip community members with the tools to view homelessness with a more empathetic and non-judgemental lens.

This event is FREE, registration is required through Eventbrite. You can register here.

This event is open to all community members over the age of eighteen. Please note, content is not suitable to under 18's.

Light refreshments will be available. Please advise of dietary requirements and access requirements when booking.

ACROD parking available on Mandurah Terrace and parking adjacent to Council Chambers. Accessible toilet at the event and Changing Places Facility located next to the Mandurah Visitors Centre. Support workers and service dogs welcome.
